2007 — 1xBet Founded
Roman Semiokhin opens his first betting shop under the Fonbet franchise in Bryansk, Russia. The same year, the foundations of what would become 1xBet are laid as the team begins developing their own online betting platform.
2012 — Breaking from Fonbet
By 2012, Semiokhin's betting operations had grown to over 300 shops across Russia. He parted ways with the Fonbet franchise and began developing 1xBet as an independent brand with an international vision.

The Russian Investigative Committee publicly names Roman Semiokhin, Dmitry Kazorin, and Sergey Karshkov as defendants in a criminal gambling case and adds them to an international wanted list. Estates worth 1.5 billion rubles are seized.

2022 — PSG Partnership
